The Health Club

As a privileged resident of The Resort, you become a member of The Lodge's private state-of-the-art Health Club, which includes a Cardio Theater, Pilates studio, two racquetball/squash courts, extensive free weights, Precor and Paramount weight machines, treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes and saunas.  It's a great place to stay fit and meet people, too!

The Pool - Heated Year-Round

It's been called the most spectacular pool in all of Reno, and for good reason.  The Resort's 4,800 square foot lagoon-style pool was designed by a waterscape architect who created one of the most famous pools at a five-star Las Vegas hotel.  Heated year round, this incredible amenity serves not only as a nice place to exercise, relax and mingle with fellow residents, but it also enhances the views from the clubhouse and many residences in the community.  It's not often one can swim in a pool while enjoying breathtaking views of the high Sierra, but that's just another benefit of living at The Resort at Tanamera.  The pool area is given more interest and eye-appeal with the adjacent koi pond, free-flowing water features that provide relaxing bubbling sounds, and two spas ideal for relaxation. The pine-scented air is courtesy of the evergreen trees incorporated into the alpine-themed landscaping.

The Lodge is the Heart of The Resort

The Lodge is The Resort's premiere facility where no expense has been spared, from the cherry wood panels and marble counter tops, to the beautiful stonework and craftsman-style furnishings.  There is the Great Room with grand piano and fireplace, theater room, sports lounge, business center, a kitchen/bar, and meeting room.

The Grounds - The Great Outdoors

The Resort at Tanamera is private and gated.  Its well-maintained mature grounds are reflective of the geography of the Sierra.  Over $4 million in lush landscaping was incorporated into The Resort's 27 acres.  The Resort at Tanamera is located within the master-planned community of Double Diamond Ranch in the desirable South Meadows area, so its residents are able to enjoy the 26 miles of pedestrian and bike pathways, parks and 2.5-acre lake, as well as the greenbelts and wetlands throughout the 800 acres of the Ranch.
